An evening in Paris!

So many people out there having a huge bucket list to travel and i can't believe there isn't Paris in it! This city is a moving fantasy. And i'm so glad i could live my fantasy this soon, right from chasing the train to Paris as we almost missed it to getting off the train and that first step into the city was enough to make my soul rush with excitement. The city was meant to make people fall in love, and not just with one person or a thing but everyone and everything! Though everyone waits to climb up the Eiffel tower and see the whole city shining in the most beautiful way but for me it was the streets below the Eiffel where i left my heart. Midnight, 3 AM ,stars, croissant, wine, lovers, watch the Eiffel from below admiring its hugeness, talking to strangers , all these little things were actually bigger to me!
i couldn't visit the museum though ,' musee de louvre"  one of the main attractions of the city ,as we reached quite late but they say everything happens for good and i got to see a long LGBT parade crossing the museum as we stepped out and it was quite a moment to see them winning, celebrating themselves ,their rights , their life and finally getting what they always deserved!

One of the things I miss most about Paris is sitting at a café terrace drinking a glass of wine and people watching.I found this image in my archives while looking for something else and it always reminds me of the opening credits of Midnight in Paris and makes me smile. I am missing Paris so much right now but I am grateful for all the memories and photos that I have captured. On this day in MAY, the city was buzzing full of energy and it was so cool  You could feel the energy in the air. I captured this moment because I wanted to remember that day and the city so full of life.
